Customer Funds

We classify customer funds as not protected. This means there is no segregation of customer funds from our business assets, and in the event of our insolvency, your funds would form part of our business assets and may not be returned to you in full or at all.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales hold exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from your use of O'Reels.
